To provide the Klassa360 platform, we collect information you provide directly to us. This includes:
Account Data
Names, emails, and phone numbers of administrators, teachers, and students.
Academic Data
Class rosters, attendance records, exam scores, and form master summaries.
Financial Data
Fee payment history and wallet balances.
Note: We do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled safely by our partner payment providers (Stripe/Monnify)
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to operate the platform and provide educational technology services to your school. This includes generating report cards, processing school fees, and providing analytics to the School Administrator. We do not use student data for targeted advertising.
3. Data Ownership & Access
The School (the paying subscriber) retains ultimate ownership of all academic and student data inputted into Klassa360. The School Administrator has the authority to request data deletion, modify records, or export data at the end of their subscription.
